The UFC membership is drawn from across the seven IU campuses, and the University President is the presiding officer. The Bloomington Faculty Council President, the IUPUI Faculty Council President, and a Regional Campus Co-Chair, chosen by the members of the Regional Faculty Caucus, serve as Co-Chairs of the Council.
